Please note that for any product purchased for use outside the UK, we cannot guarantee and/or advise you regarding its application or compliance with local legislation in the destination country, such as 'E' marking or 'TüV' approval or similar. Please check locally before ordering our product. Every Delkevic product comes with a 5-year warranty. After installation, our product does not require remapping or adjustment.

Goods are shipped only once payment is settled. Every package requires a signature upon delivery, so please ensure someone is available to sign. We ship to a majority of destinations in Europe, North America, South America, Australia, and Asia, but there are some exceptions that our carriers do not service. We never ship to a PO Box.

We ship goods within 24 hours of payment. Saturday delivery is sometimes possible, but an extra charge applies. Packages are sent via courier, DPD, DHL, or UPS depending on the dimensions and weight of the product. Zone 1 Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Republic of Ireland, Austria, Denmark. 3 to 5 Working Days.

Zone 2 Croatia, Czech Republic, Iceland, Italy, Slovakia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Montenegro, Norway, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Slovenia, Sweden, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania. 4 to 7 Working Days. Zone 3 USA, Canada, Australia, Africa, South America.

Up to 10 Working Days. You can return goods that are shown to be unsuitable for a refund, credit, or exchange, provided they are returned within 14 days of receipt.

This is subject to the following conditions. You arrange the return and pay the return shipping costs. The product is returned in a condition suitable for resale as new. To request a refund, the returned product has not been used and is in its original condition.

The product is returned with all its original packaging and in good condition (we reserve the right to charge for replacement of damaged or defaced packaging). A product returned after 14 days from receipt may be subject to a restocking fee of at least 10%. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We do not accept returns of products that are specially ordered for you, or are made to your specifications. Any return must include the name, address, and account number of the sender, the order number (all visible on the invoice provided), and the reason for the return.

Please assist us in helping you. We do not accept responsibility for a return that does not arrive at the destination.

Please keep your proof of postage; you will need it in case of a claim against your chosen carrier. Delkevic LTD does not accept responsibility for labor costs related to the installation or removal of a product that is presumed to be incorrect (or ordered/supplied incorrectly).

Please notify Delkevic LTD within 5 days of receipt for any quantity issues or shipping damage. We regret that after this period, due to circumstances beyond our control, we will no longer be able to progress your claim.

Up to six months: if the fault cannot be rectified or the product replaced, you are entitled to a full refund in most cases.
