It is extremely rare that our products are damaged or defective. The quality control department will inspect the returned products. If the damage results from a manufacturing defect or if the product does not meet factory specifications, we commit to refunding the full cost of the defective product.

If the problem is due to causes independent of the quality of the material or the assembly process, we will return the product as you sent it to us. WE DO NOT REFUND PRODUCTS.
