The core of the radiator is welded in a vacuum brazing furnace, with no epoxy. The tanks are 100% welded by TIG.

This radiator is heavy-duty designed, with a cooling capacity increased by about 40% compared to a standard radiator. It is really well packed and exceeds OEM specifications. All parts are made of aluminum, including the core and tank.
