If the damage results from a manufacturing defect or if the product does not meet factory specifications, we commit to refunding the full cost of the defective product. If the problem is due to causes unrelated to the quality of the material or the assembly process, we will return the product to you as you sent it to us. WE DO NOT REFUND PRODUCTS. If they have been damaged by misuse or if the application on the vehicle is not compatible with the product (for example, fitting a part from a vehicle that was installed only because it looks similar when it is actually a different part).
